Cut the Climate Czar’s Carbon Act
A BILL
To limit the salaries and certain travel expenses of the Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Limitation on salaries and certain travel expenses of Special Presidential Envoy for Climate
Salary— No Federal funds may be used for the salary of the Special Presidential Envoy for Climate or any employee of the Executive Office of the President working for, or on behalf of, such Special Presidential Envoy.
Travel expenses— No Federal funds may be used for the official travel of the Special Presidential Envoy for Climate or any such employee unless the Special Presidential envoy or such employee purchases, using personal funds, offsetting emissions reductions for such travel.
