Nonrestrictive Offshore Wind Act

A BILL

To amend the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 to repeal restrictions on offshore wind leasing.

This Act may be cited as the “Nonrestrictive Offshore Wind Act” or the “NOW Act”.

Paragraph (2) of section 50265(b) of Public Law 117–169 (43 U.S.C. 3006(b)) is repealed.
