This Act may be cited as the “Return Home to Housing Act”.

A BILL
To amend title 38, United States Code, to adjust the rate of per diem payments provided by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to grantees that provide services to homeless veterans.
Sec. 2 Adjustments to rate of per diem payments provided by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs for services furnished to homeless veterans
Section 2012(a)(2)(B) of title 38, United States Code, is amended—
in clause (i)—
in subclause (I), by inserting “, including in response to an emergency” after “appropriate”; and
in subclause (II)(aa)(BB), by striking “115” and inserting “200”; and
in clause (ii), by striking “150” and inserting “200”.
