Supporting Commercial Fishing in Port Infrastructure Projects Act
A BILL
To amend title 46, United States Code, to allow Port Infrastructure Development Program grants to support the loading and unloading of commercially harvested fish and fish products, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Port infrastructure development program eligible projects
Section 54301(a)(3)(A)(ii) of title 46, United States Code, is amended—
in subclause (III) by striking “; or” and inserting a semicolon;
in subclause (IV)(ii) by striking the period and inserting “; or”; and
by adding at the end the following:
“(V) port infrastructure that supports the loading and unloading of commercially harvested fish and fish products.”
