Section 1 Short title
This Act may be cited as the “ThinkDIFFERENTLY Agriculture Accessibility Act of 2023”.

A BILL
To amend the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 to modify and extend grants for assistive technology programs for farmers with disabilities.
Sec. 2 ThinkDIFFERENTLY National AgrAbility Project
Section 1680 of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 5933) is amended—
in the section heading, by striking “Assistive technology program for farmers with disabilities” and inserting “ThinkDIFFERENTLY National AgrAbility Project”;
in subsection (a)—
in paragraph (3)—
in subparagraph (D), by striking “and” at the end;
in subparagraph (E), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and
by adding at the end the following:
“(F) provide education and support to youth and young adults with disabilities interested in farming and farm-related occupations.”
in paragraph (5)—
in the paragraph heading, by striking “amount” and inserting “and maximum amounts”; and
by inserting “and not more than $260,000” after “$150,000”; and
in subsection (c)(1)—
in subparagraph (A), by striking “and” at the end;
in subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and
by adding at the end the following:
“(C) $8,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2033.”
