National Telecommunications and Information Administration Reauthorization Act of 2024
AN ACT
To reauthorize the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, to update the mission and functions of the agency, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Definitions
In this Act:
Commission— The term “Commission” means the Federal Communications Commission.
NTIA— The term “NTIA” means the National Telecommunications and Information Administration.
Under Secretary— The term “Under Secretary” means the Under Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information.
