FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024”.

Table of contents— The table of contents for this Act is as follows:

Administrator— Unless otherwise specified, the term “Administrator” means the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.

Appropriate committees of Congress— The term “appropriate committees of Congress” means the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives.

Comptroller General— The term “Comptroller General” means the Comptroller General of the United States.

FAA— The term “FAA” means the Federal Aviation Administration.

NextGen— The term “NextGen” means the Next Generation Air Transportation System.

Secretary— Unless otherwise specified, the term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Transportation.
