Section 1 Short title
This Act may be cited as the “Milk is Indisputably Liked by Kids Act of 2023” or the “MILK Act of 2023”.

A BILL
To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to require schools to offer flavored milk under the school lunch program, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Types of milk offered under the school lunch program
Section 9(a)(2)(A) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1758(a)(2)(A)) is amended—
in clause (ii)—
by striking “flavored and”; and
by striking “and” at the end;
by redesignating clause (iii) as clause (iv); and
by inserting after clause (ii) the following:
“(iii) shall offer students flavored milk; and”
