Section 1 Authorization for award of Air Medal to Thomas Dewey Wise for service as a member of the Army during the Vietnam War
Notwithstanding any time limitation with respect to the awarding of certain decorations to persons who served in the Armed Forces, the Secretary of the Army is authorized to award the Air Medal to Thomas Dewey Wise, for his service as a member of the Army during the Vietnam War.
