This Act may be cited as the “End EAS Act”.

To repeal the essential air service program, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Repeal of essential air service program
Subchapter II of chapter 417 of title 49, United States Code, and the item relating to such subchapter in the analysis for chapter 417 of title 49, United States Code, are repealed.
