Section 1 Comprehensive study assessing the Chinese Communist Party’s role in the distribution of fentanyl in the United States
The Secretary of State shall conduct a comprehensive study assessing the Chinese Communist Party’s role in the distribution of fentanyl in the United States, including its influence on the United States Government, specifically the Department of Justice, the United States economy, and United States public industries.
