PUMP Technical Correction Act

A BILL

To amend the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 to expand access to breastfeeding accommodations in the workplace.

This Act may be cited as the “PUMP Technical Correction Act”.

Section 203(a)(1) of the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 (2 U.S.C. 1313(a)(1)) is amended—

(1)

by striking “and section 12(c)” and inserting “section 12(c), and section 18D”; and

(2)

by inserting “, 218d” after “212(c)”.
