To amend title 50, United States Code, to provide authority to include funding requests for the chemical and biological defense program in military budget accounts.
Sec. 2 Authority to include funding requests for the chemical and biological defense program in budget accounts of military departments
Section 1701(d)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1994 (50 U.S.C. 1522(d)(2)) is amended by striking “may not be included in the budget accounts” and inserting “may be included in the budget accounts”.
