Section 1 Short title

changed The Director This Act may be cited as the “Western Economic Security Today Act of 2023” or the Bureau “WEST Act of Land Management—2023”.

removed shall withdraw the proposed rule of the Bureau of Land Management entitled “Conservation and Landscape Health” (88 Fed. Reg. 19583 (April 3, 2023)); and

(2)

removed may not take any action to finalize, implement, or enforce the proposed rule described in paragraph (1) or any substantially similar rule.

Sec. 2 Withdrawal of BLM proposed rule

added The Director of the Bureau of Land Management—

(1)

added shall withdraw the proposed rule of the Bureau of Land Management entitled “Conservation and Landscape Health” (88 Fed. Reg. 19583 (April 3, 2023)); and
