To prohibit the availability of Federal funds for the Open Technology Fund, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Prohibition on availability of Federal funds for Open Technology Fund
No Federal funds may be made available for the Open Technology Fund established under section 309A of the United States International Broadcasting Act of 1994 (22 U.S.C. 6208a).
