A BILL
To prohibit the Secretary of Transportation from using charter air transportation until Congress enacts a law reauthorizing the Federal Aviation Administration, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Prohibition on use of charter air transportation
The Secretary of Transportation may not use charter air transportation until Congress enacts a law that authorizes appropriations to carry out activities of the Federal Aviation Administration for fiscal year 2024.
