NO FEAR for Whistleblowers Act
A BILL
To amend the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 to prohibit training that includes information on insider threats, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Training limitation
Section 202(c) of the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 is amended by inserting before the period at the end the following: “, except that such training may not be offered at the same time as insider threat training and may not include information on insider threats”.
