Section 1 Short title
This Act may be cited as the “Raising the Annual Income of Servicemembers by Enhancing Minimum Base Pay Act” or the “RAISE Minimum Base Pay Act”.
Raising the Annual Income of Servicemembers by Enhancing Minimum Base Pay Act
A BILL
To adjust the minimum rate of basic pay for members of the Armed Forces.
Sec. 2 Minimum rate of basic pay for a member of the Armed Forces
Not later than 30 days after the enactment of this Act, the rate of basic pay for a member of the Armed Forces under section 203 of title 37, United States Code, shall equal or exceed $31,200.
