Section 1 Limitation on availability of funds for the Inter-American Foundation for fiscal year 2024
Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for the Inter-American Foundation for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $22,500,000.
