Section 1 Limitation on availability of funds for Bilateral Economic Assistance, Complex Crises Fund for fiscal year 2024
Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for Bilaterial Economic Assistance, Complex Crises Fund for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $30,000,000.
