Section 1 Limitation on availability of funds for Bilateral Economic Assistance, Global Health Programs, HIV/AIDS for fiscal year 2024
Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for Bilaterial Economic Assistance, Global Health Programs, HIV/AIDS for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $5,720,000,000.
