Section 1 Limitation on availability of funds for Related Agencies, Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, Toxic Substances and Environmental Public Health for fiscal year 2024

Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for Related Agencies, Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, Toxic Substances and Environmental Public Health for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $74,691,000.
