Section 1 Limitation on availability of funds for Environmental Protection Agency, State and Tribal Assistance Grants for fiscal year 2024

Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for Environmental Protection Agency, State and Tribal Assistance Grants for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $3,595,395,000.
