To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Independent Agencies, U.S. Federal Labor Relations Authority, Salaries and Expenses for fiscal year 2024.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for Independent Agencies, U.S. Federal Labor Relations Authority, Salaries and Expenses for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $26,200,000.
