Section 1 Limitation on availability of funds for District of Columbia, Federal Payment for Emergency Planning and Security Costs in the District of Columbia for fiscal year 2024
Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for District of Columbia, Federal Payment for Emergency Planning and Security Costs in the District of Columbia for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $12,000,000.
