Section 1 Limitation on availability of funds for The Judiciary, Court of Appeals, District Courts, and Other Judicial Services, Salaries and Expenses for fiscal year 2024
Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for The Judiciary, Court of Appeals, District Courts, and Other Judicial Services, Salaries and Expenses for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $5,144,383,000.
