To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Public Health Preparendness and Response for fiscal year 2024.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Public Health Preparedness and Response for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $862,200,000.
