Section 1 Limitation on availability of funds for Department of Labor, Administrative Expenses, Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Fund for fiscal year 2024

Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for Department of Labor, Administrative Expenses, Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Fund for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $59,098,000.
