Section 1 Limitation on availability of funds for Joint Items, Architect of the Capitol, Capital Construction and Operations for fiscal year 2024

Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for Joint Items, Architect of the Capitol, Capital Construction and Operations for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $103,962,000.
