To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for House of Representatives, Salaries and Expenses of the Office of the Legislative Counsel of the House for fiscal year 2024.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for House of Representatives, Salaries and Expenses of the Office of the Legislative Counsel of the House for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $11,937,000.
