Close Biden’s Open Border Act

A BILL

To provide appropriations for a border wall and provide for a moratorium on certain other funding, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Close Biden’s Open Border Act”.

Sec. 2 Border wall funding

(a)
In general— There is appropriated, out of any amounts in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $15,000,000,000 for the Secretary of Homeland Security to construct a border wall along the southern border of the United States. To the extent available, such amounts shall be derived from the unobligated balance of amounts appropriated (as of the day before the date of the enactment of this Act) for the purpose described in subsection (b).
(b)
Moratorium— Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no amounts may be authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available, during the 2-year period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, for United States contributions to the United Nations.
