A BILL

To repeal title IV of the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Secure Viable Banking Act” or the “SVB Act”.

Sec. 2 Restoration of banking regulations

Title IV of the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act is repealed and the provisions of law amended by such title are revived or restored as if such title had not been enacted.
