To extend the prohibition on the joint use of Homestead Air Reserve Base, Homestead, Florida, by the Air Force and civil aircraft.
Sec. 2 Prohibition on joint use of homestead air reserve base with civil aviation
Section 2874 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Public Law 117–263) is amended by striking “On or before September 30, 2026, the Secretary” and inserting “The Secretary”.
