Section 1 Short title
This Act may be cited as the “AR–15 National Gun Act”.

A BILL
To declare an AR–15 style rifle chambered in a .223 Remington round or a 5.56x45mm NATO round to be the National Gun of the United States.
Sec. 2 Declaration
An AR–15 style rifle chambered in a .223 Remington round or a 5.56x45mm NATO round is hereby declared to be the National Gun of the United States.
