Section 1 Extension of Clean Energy Demonstration Program on Current and Former Mine Land
Section 40342(f) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (42 U.S.C. 18761(f)) is amended by striking “2026” and inserting “2030”.
To amend the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to extend the authorization of appropriations for the Clean Energy Demonstration Program on Current and Former Mine Land.
