Streamline Pentagon Budgeting Act of 2022

A BILL

To streamline the budget process at the Department of Defense.

This Act may be cited as the “Streamline Pentagon Budgeting Act of 2022”.

Chapter 9 of title 10, United States Code, is amended—

(1)

by repealing section 222a;

(2)

by repealing section 222b; and

(3)

in the table of sections at the beginning of the chapter, by striking the items relating to sections 222a and 222b.
