To reauthorize programs of the Small Business Administration, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title; table of contents

(a)
Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Small Business Administration Reauthorization and Modernization Act of 2022”.
(b)
Table of contents— The table of contents for this Act is as follows:

Sec. 2 Definitions

In this Act:
(1)
Administration; Administrator— The terms Administration and Administrator mean the Small Business Administration and the Administrator thereof, respectively.
(2)
Appropriate committees of Congress— The term appropriate committees of Congress means—
(A)
the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship of the Senate; and
(B)
the Committee on Small Business of the House of Representatives.
(3)
Small business concern— The term small business concern has the meaning given the term in section 3 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632).
