Section 1 Congressional approval of certain actions
Section 4(a) of the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (16 U.S.C. 1533(a)) is amended by adding at the end the following:
“(4) A listing, removal from a list, or change in status of any species under this subsection shall take effect upon enactment of a congressional joint resolution of approval.”
