2. Coastal Texas Protection and Restoration Feasibility Study, Texas
The Secretary of the Army is authorized to carry out the project for hurricane and storm damage reduction and ecosystem restoration, Texas, substantially in accordance with the plans, and subject to the conditions, described in the report of the Chief of Engineers dated September 16, 2021, at an estimated total cost of $30,906,287,000, with an estimated Federal cost of $19,237,894,000 and an estimated non-Federal cost of $11,668,393,000.
