To amend title 38, United States Code, to repeal the copayment requirement for recipients of Department of Veterans Affairs payments or allowances for beneficiary travel, and for other purposes.

by striking subsection (c);

by redesignating subsections (d) through (g) as subsections (c) through (f), respectively; and

in subsection (b)(1), in the matter before subparagraph (A), by striking “Except as provided in subsection (c) of this section and notwithstanding subsection (g)(2) of this section” and inserting “Notwithstanding subsection (f)(2)”.
