To amend title 10, United States Code, to extend the authorization of use of depot working capital funds for unspecified minor military construction projects for the revitalization and recapitalization of defense industrial base facilities.
2. Extension of authorization of depot working capital funds for unspecified minor military construction
Section 2208(u)(4) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “September 30, 2023”, and inserting “September 30, 2025”.
