To amend the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act to extend the sunset for sanctions with respect to human rights violations.
Sec. 2 Reauthorization of sanctions with respect to human rights violations
Section 1265 of the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act (Subtitle F of title XII of Public Law 114–328; 22 U.S.C. 2656 note) is amended by striking “the date that is 6 years after the date of the enactment of this Act” and inserting “December 31, 2034”.
