A BILL
To exempt commercial truck drivers from Canada or Mexico who are seeking to temporarily enter the United States for business through a land port of entry from any COVID–19 vaccination requirement.
Sec. 2 Exemption from COVID–19 vaccination requirement
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Homeland Security may not impose any COVID–19 vaccination requirement on any commercial truck driver who is a national of Canada or of Mexico and is seeking to temporarily enter the United States for business through a land port of entry.
