To prohibit the Department of Homeland Security from requiring vaccination against COVID–19 for essential critical infrastructure workers crossing the border, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Prohibition on requiring vaccination against COVID–19 for essential critical infrastructure workers crossing the border
The Department of Homeland Security, and any component of the Department of Homeland Security, may not require an essential critical infrastructure worker to be vaccinated against COVID–19 as a condition to engage in essential travel—
from the United States to Mexico or Canada; or
into the United States from Mexico or Canada.
