A BILL
To provide that the rule submitted by the Department of Labor relating to COVID–19 Vaccination and Testing; Emergency Temporary Standard shall have no force or effect, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 OSHA covid–19 vaccination mandate
No funds appropriated, or otherwise made available, may be used to implement, finalize, or otherwise carry out the rule submitted by the Department of Labor relating to “COVID–19 Vaccination and Testing; Emergency Temporary Standard” (86 Fed. Reg. 61402 (November 5, 2021)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
