AN ACT

To amend title 38, United States Code, to improve benefits administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Veterans Benefits Improvement Act of 2021”.

(b)

Table of contents— The table of contents for this Act is as follows:

In this Act:

(1)

Claimant— The term claimant has the meaning given that term in section 5100 of title 38, United States Code.

(2)

Department— The term Department means the Department of Veterans Affairs.

(3)

Secretary— The term Secretary means the Secretary of Veterans Affairs.
