This Act may be cited as the “Freedom's Way National Heritage Area Act of 2021”.

To reauthorize the Freedom's Way National Heritage Area, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Reauthorization of Freedom's Way National Heritage Area
Removal of total funding limit— Section 8006(i) of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 (54 U.S.C. 320101 note; Public Law 111–11; 123 Stat. 1260) is amended by striking paragraph (1) and inserting the following:
“(1) In general—There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section not more than $1,000,000 for each fiscal year.”
Reauthorization— Section 8006(j) of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 (54 U.S.C. 320101 note; Public Law 111–11; 123 Stat. 1260) is amended by striking “the date that is 15 years after the date of enactment of this Act” and inserting “September 30, 2036”.
