To prohibit the Commissioner of Social Security and any officer or employee of the Social Security Administration from requiring that any individual be vaccinated against COVID–19 as a condition of receiving benefits under titles II or XVI of the Social Security Act.

Neither the Commissioner of Social Security nor any officer or employee of the Social Security Administration shall establish or enforce any requirement that an individual receive a COVID–19 vaccine as a condition of receiving a benefit under title II or XVI of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 401 et seq.; 1381 et seq.).
