Section 1 Prohibition on requiring COVID–19 vaccination as a condition of receiving social security or supplemental security income benefits

Neither the Commissioner of Social Security nor any officer or employee of the Social Security Administration shall establish or enforce any requirement that an individual receive a COVID–19 vaccine as a condition of receiving a benefit under title II or XVI of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 401 et seq.; 1381 et seq.).
