This Act may be cited as the “Transparency in COVID–19 Vaccination Act”.
Transparency in COVID–19 Vaccination Act
A BILL
To require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to publicly disclose information regarding adverse effects of COVID–19 vaccines.
Sec. 2 Public disclosure regarding COVID–19 vaccines
The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall disclose to the public—
all adverse events that have arisen from administration of COVID–19 vaccines;
an outline of the statistical occurrence and likelihood of adverse events from administration of such vaccines; and
information concerning adverse effects of such vaccines taken from findings of clinical trials or other studies.
