Cape Cod National Seashore Advisory Commission Reauthorization Act

A BILL

To extend the authorization for the Cape Cod National Seashore Advisory Commission.

This Act may be cited as the “Cape Cod National Seashore Advisory Commission Reauthorization Act”.

Effective September 26, 2018, section 8 of Public Law 87–126 (16 U.S.C. 459b–7) is amended—

(1)

in subsection (a), in the second sentence, by striking “2018” and inserting “2029”;

(2)

by striking subsection (g); and

(3)

by redesignating subsection (h) as subsection (g).
